"Celebrations" with Women painters of Washington

Women Painters of Washington is a professional group with juried membership. “Celebration! A Traveling Exhibition” begins the organization’s 83rd year. Founded in 1930 by six artists, more than 1,000 women have been members of WPW. Many members have had a significant impact on contemporary art in the USA and abroad.

The exhibition opens November 17, 2012, at the Schack Art Center, Edmonds, WA, and closes July 27, 2013, at the Clymer Museum in Ellensburg, WA.
