I have been working on a bigger piece on Pastel board that I just finished. Its a mixed media piece, with neocolors and Colored pencils. Neocolors II are artist crayons, with very hight lightfast ratings and comes in a variety of colors. Although they are waxy, they are water soluble!. That was the part that got me going, I tried to use them like an underwash for my works on board. I was able to blend my CP’s well
over on top with brush and I really liked the final effect.
